UPDATE- July 11, 2016 – 10:30AM : As you may be aware, Canada Post has removed their 72 hour lock-out notification and are continuing their labour negotiations with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW). As a result, there is no mail disruption at this time and we have resumed business as usual.

We are continuing to monitor and prepare for possible postal service disruptions. All benefit cheques issued as of July 7, 2016 were placed in the mail. As a precautionary measure we may decide to hold medical, dental and disability benefit cheques should negotiations break down.

In the event of a postal strike, we will be updating our web site with additional information regarding the distribution of benefit cheques (medical, dental or disability only) and claims submission alternates.
