The BPA Financial Group of Companies conducts ongoing quality control reviews of benefits delivery in all departments to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of services.

Member inquiries directed to the Administration, Claims and Pension departments are handled within 24 hours. These departments are overseen by experienced, qualified supervisors and managers that will ensure our quality standards are achieved.
