Among the assignments we can undertake singly, in combination, or as needed within a continuing client relationship, are the following:

            Plan Administration
  • Developing efficient procedures;
  • Preparing forms and records;
  • Developing plan administrative manuals;
  • Setting up data processing systems and computer programs;
  • Preparing annual employee statements;
  • Reviewing administrative methods;
  • Maintaining plan records; and
  • Validation and/or payment of claims in respect of medical expense reimbursement and lost of time benefits.

    Health Benefits Administration

     
  • Maintain eligibility (dollar bank) (hour bank) (flat) (piecework, etc.);
  • Generate employer preprints;
  • Receive and allocate the employer contributions;
  • Monitor delinquencies;
  • Prepare and distribute Member notices and statements;
  • Maintenance of self-pays (as applicable); and
  • Provide trust fund accounting/bookkeeping services.
