Our experienced and knowledgeable team offers our clients a full range of services to ensure the most efficient and cost effective administration of your pension plan. BPA provides the day-to-day services that ensure that Trustees' and Members' needs are met. We will review and advise on the plans on-going administration procedures in order to facilitate process improvements. We will also report to the Trustees on emerging trends in legislation and plan design.

Our knowledgeable pension department will ensure that your Pension Trust Fund is administered in accordance with the plan provisions and all applicable legislation. Today it is expected that Trustees will ensure that proper Pension Governance procedures are in place. We have developed a comprehensive program to ensure that this goal is met. Communication with Members is imperative and we produce statements and newsletters for the Membership to keep them informed.

We maintain a set of Members' registration cards. Any notification of changes to the information on the registration cards will be recorded and filed. We respond to inquiries from Members and beneficiaries or their financial advisors regarding their entitlements.

We will prepare and submit federal and provincial Annual Information Reports, as required. We will assist auditors in the preparation of audited financial statements.

We have an overall view of the well-being of the plan and ensure that it is administered in accordance with the plan provisions, and any applicable legislation.

Among the assignments we can undertake singly, in combination, or as needed within a continuing client relationship, are the following:
