Jeff joined The BPA Financial Group of Companies in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer. Jeff is responsible for the finance and accounting functions for all clientele in The BPA Financial Group of Companies. During 2002, he earned his Group Benefits Associate designation (GBA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Dalhousie University. Prior to joining BPA, Jeff worked for two national accounting firms and performed annual and special-engagement audits of single and multi-employer Trust Funds for five years. Jeff graduated from Brock University with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree, became a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1993.
