David N. Harvey,

President & CEO, The BPA Financial Group of Companies
David Harvey was appointed President of Benefit Plan
Administrators Limited in 1987 after a successful career
as a consultant in the employee benefits field. He takes
an active role in pension and benefit consulting as well
as being responsible for the management of The BPA
Financial Group of Companies. He has served as a
consultant in the employee benefits field for more than
35 years, specializing in benefit plan design and
funding alternatives. Prior to joining BPA, David held
management positions in individual and general
insurance, group underwriting and group sales with two
national insurance companies. David Harvey is an
experienced voice in the International Foundation of
Employee Benefit Plans and is the 2002 Canadian Advisory
Director on the Canadian Board of Directors as well as
being the past Chair of the Canadian Board in 2000. |
