David joined The BPA Consulting Group Limited in 2004 with over 28 years of experience in the field of Employee Benefits. David is responsible for business development and technical support for current and future clients of BPA. Prior to joining BPA, David held management positions with two National Insurance Companies with a focus on marketing and client service. David graduated from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia where he started his career in Group Insurance. After eight years of experience in both Corporate and Trusteed Plans in Atlantic Canada, David transferred to Toronto. In Ontario, David continued in the field of Group Insurance and evolved to the position of Regional Director for Sales with a national carrier.
