Examiners adjudicate claims for your Health Benefits
Trust Fund. We know that our claims turnaround
times and accuracy rates are among the best in the
industry. Our Benefit Administration staff promptly
deals with Members inquiries with respect to eligibility
issues. These departments are overseen by experienced,
qualified supervisors and managers that will ensure our
quality standards are achieved.
BPA has qualified claims adjudicators who provide prompt
service for Medical, Dental and Wage Replacement
Benefits. Claims are processed on a daily basis with
benefit entitlements mailed the following morning, which
include detailed explanations of the benefits assessed.
Our claims adjudicators are experienced in all aspects
of claims assessment and are mindful of the relationship
between the Union and their Members.
Our Claims staff provides prompt explanations of benefit
entitlements to the Members. Claims service is available
at all of our locations during regular business
hours, which are normally 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
